Roman Catholic schools are open to all children regardless of faith. However, if there are more children in the catchment area than the number of places available, we will give priority to baptised Roman Catholic children.
If you apply after 24 December 2024,Ìýwe may not be able to guarantee you a place in your selected catchment school. If this happens we will allocate a place in the nearest available school.
Before you start
Read the Placing in Schools guide. Section 9 covers moving address. Section 5 covers how we deal with admissions to RC schools.
We ask for proof of your new address. You can upload documents to provide proof of address. You may want to scan documents before you start the form. This may include
- tenancy/rental agreement or confirmation tenancy has ended
- solicitor's letter confirming purchase or sale ofÌýproperty

We may use your information to identify whether you are eligible for educational benefits, such as free school meals or clothing grants.
Your information will be held for a period of two years after the start of the school year to which the application relates.
