Introduction
Every year the Scottish Housing Regulator reviews social landlord performance on key indicators. This is known as the Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) and refers to the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
Along with performance, the ARC also includes seven tenant satisfaction questions. We are required to ask these questions of our tenants, through survey, at least once every three years. The most recent tenant survey was carried out over the summer of 2024 and reported as part of the 2024/25 ARC data.
You can view our performance on the Scottish Housing Regulator’s website and choose up to 4 other landlords to compare our performance against.
Our Performance is broken down into homes and rents, tenant satisfaction, quality and maintenance of homes, neighbourhoods and value for money.
