Taster sessions for P4
Taster sessions introduce basic technique through fun games and activities, giving P4 pupils the chance to try the sport.
We run the sessions in schools across the city. P4 classes of these schools have three taster sessions.
The classes that receive the taster are invited to attend an annual racquets tournament held at Meadowbank Sports Centre, held in partnership with the 91¸£ÀûÉç Primary School Sports Association (EPSSA).
Pupils that have been to the taster will be invited to join their local badminton club.

There are seven primary school badminton clubs. These are for pupils from all schools in P4 to P7.
The primary club programme covers
