  • people undergoing training or work experience
  • agency workers.

If you’re not one of these and wish to raise a concern, you should follow the Council's complaints process.

We have a Whistleblowing policy. It encourages you to tell us about any serious concerns you have about

  • business
  • activities
  • representatives

of the Council so that we can investigate them. You can read the Whistleblowing policy and toolkit on our policy register.
