Description

This can help people better understand their mood by using an ongoing diary. 

You can record your mood, including rating it, when it was experienced, where you were and what you were doing. You identify your thoughts, and try to take an alternative perspective, such as what would you say to a friend? You are then asked to re-rate your mood. You can also share your diary via email. 

You must set a 4 digit PIN. 

You will be asked for permission to anonymously share diary entries with Liverpool University, but you can refuse.
