This is a shorter, age-appropriate version of the NHS-accredited adult Feeling Good app to help build mental strength. You do not need to read or sign in - simply lie back, relax and listen. You can use this offline and is anonymous. It has 11 tracks from 3 to 11 minutes. These audio tracks teach skills in:

  • muscle relaxation
  • slow deep breathing
  • calming the mind
  • building self-confidence
  • coping with exam stress
  • better sleep
